Key Responsibilities
As an Adjunct – HVAC instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, promoting student engagement, and fostering a culture of respect within our institution. Your primary duties include:
Teaching and Curriculum Development
• Develop and deliver engaging course materials, incorporating diverse perspectives and inclusive practices.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum relevance and effectiveness.
Student Support and Advisement
• Provide mentorship and guidance to students, addressing their academic and professional needs.
• Facilitate regular office hours and maintain open communication channels with students.
Campus Community Building
• Contribute to creating a welcoming and inclusive campus environment, promoting diversity and respect among students, faculty, and staff.
• Participate in college-wide initiatives and committees that advance institutional goals and values.
Professional Growth and Development
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current in your field and enhance instructional effectiveness.
