We are seeking a skilled Renewable Energy Technician to join our team at Civic Renewables. As an Entry Level Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing residential solar systems and collaborating with our dedicated team of clean energy professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Solar Panel Installation: Install solar panels, inverters, and racking systems on residential properties.
• Quality Control: Ensure the quality and safety of all installations.
• Collaboration: Work with team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Adaptability: Follow industry best practices and company guidelines.
• Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills required.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Physical Demands: Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
• Credentials: Must have a valid state driver's license, clean driving record, and pass a pre-employment criminal, driving and drug screen.
Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this position is $21.50-$27.50 per hour. A full benefits package is included: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K with employer match, PTO and Paid Holidays.
