Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Account Manager to join our team at QLM, Skilled Staffing Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling HVAC preventive maintenance service contracts and replacement/installation projects to commercial accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential commercial clients for HVAC services.
• Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers in various sectors.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs.
• Presentation of detailed proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet targets.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in HVAC sales or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and preventive maintenance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships.
Estimated Salary: $70,000-$90,000 per annum
