Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced HVAC Install Technician to join our team. As a key member of our installation crew, you'll be responsible for ensuring jobs are completed on time and under budget.
Responsibilities
• Work closely with the HVAC Manager to deliver high-quality installations
• Collaborate with customer service and dispatch to drive business success
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and well-stocked truck
• Participate in training exercises and technical vendor training
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure on-time, high-quality installations
Requirements
• EPA certification with knowledge of applicable installation and venting codes
• Three to four years of HVAC experience preferred
• Residential HVCAC experience preferred
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs at a time
Compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of $62,000 - $82,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including 100% paid family medical coverage, generous paid time off, and 9 paid holidays.
