Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Operations Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of our industrial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial air conditioning and multi-zone heating and cooling systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain chilled water and centralized air handling units through regular preventative maintenance activities.
• Perform coil cleanings, filter changes, test and balance activities, sensor calibrations, and UV bulb replacements.
• Belt alignments and replacement, drain pan treatments, damper calibration and repairs, cleaning interior of AHU.
• Lead apprentice level HVAC technicians in troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of commercial air conditioning and multi-zone heating and cooling systems.
• Ability to create cost and downtime estimates for major repairs and/or equipment replacement.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two-year technical/vocational degree in HVAC/Journeyman status or 5+ years of experience in a commercial, industrial, or healthcare environment.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification required.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing required.
