Job Responsibilities
As an HVAC and Retrofit Helper, your primary duties will be:
• Assisting skilled workers in their daily tasks.
• Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment at the job site.
• Cleaning and preparing construction sites by removing debris, garbage, and potential hazards.
• Operating basic hand tools and machinery under supervision.
• Erecting and dismantling temporary structures like scaffolding and barriers.
• Performing general maintenance of construction equipment.
• Following safety guidelines and maintaining a safe working environment.
