About the Role
We are searching for an experienced Service Technician Assistant to join our team in Nashville and Huntsville. As a key member, you will contribute to delivering exceptional air duct cleaning services to residential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform duct cleaning at residential locations with attention to detail.
• Support the Lead Service Technician in setting up equipment and ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Develop and maintain professional knowledge of all company products and services.
• Clean and restore ductwork, HVAC components, dryer vents, and condenser coils to industry standards.
• Foster strong customer relationships and deliver quality customer service.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve high-level performance.
• Assist the Lead Service Technician in breaking down equipment after services are completed.
Requirements:
• Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes.
• Meet the physical demands of lifting 50 pounds and climbing ladders.
• Access crawl spaces and attics safely and efficiently.
• Occasionally work nights and weekends, as well as travel out of town.
