• Proficiency in the management and maintenance of commercial HVAC devices and related repair procedures
• Achieving competency in HVAC servicing requires the ability to operate specialized equipment safely and effectively, avoiding accidents, and minimizing damages

Your duties will consist of:
• Inefficient or malfunctioning thermostats can also be a source of HVAC system issues, leading to temperature inconsistencies and wasted energy
• Regular maintenance may also require adjustments to refrigerant levels, cleaning evaporator and condenser coils, and testing for proper combustion and ventilation
• Ensure equipment and processes comply with established standards through assessments and tests
• Complying with safety standards, including OSHA regulations, is required in any workplace to ensure worker safety
• Advise and execute modernizations or substitutes for outdated HVAC parts
• Accurate documentation of HVAC issues and the measures taken to resolve them helps in identifying areas of inefficiency and potential energy savings
• Arrange for the purchase of indispensable HVAC supplies and elements to facilitate proper functioning of the system
