We are seeking an experienced business development professional to lead our efforts in developing commercial partnerships with small and medium businesses, as well as enterprise clients.
Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion
• Leveraging established networks within the HVAC and Home Services industry to develop commercial partnerships
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions to external customers
• *Requirements**
The successful candidate will have:
• 8+ years B2B enterprise business development, sales, and/or account management experience
• Mandatory experience in the HVAC/Heat Pump and Home Electrification industry
• Strong analytical skills and ability to influence people both internally and externally
• Proven ability to ideate, develop, and execute strategic plans, in close collaboration with internal and external partners and stakeholders

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including unlimited vacation/PTO, medical, dental, and vision coverage, parental leave, and retirement plans.
