About the Role
This challenging position requires an accomplished HVAC technician with a strong background in unitary skills, chiller skills, and airside skills. The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of service processes, techniques, and codes, as well as expertise in brand-specific controls.
Key Responsibilities
• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems with precision and efficiency.
• Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of unitary skills, including split system, mini-split system, and rooftop units.
• Work effectively with chiller systems, encompassing air-cooled and water-cooled chillers.
• Apply expertise in airside skills, including fan-powered boxes and VAV boxes.
• Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure seamless project management.
Requirements and Qualifications
• 5-7 years of experience in HVAC technology with a proven track record of success.
• Advanced knowledge of service processes, techniques, and codes, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Expertise in brand-specific controls, enabling efficient system operation.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, driving innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Compensation Package
The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000 - $115,000, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent in the industry.
