Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Professional to join our team at The Agents Companies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing dehumidifiers, sump pumps, and related systems in residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive to assigned residential properties to perform maintenance tasks.
• Inspect and repair dehumidifiers, sump pumps, and related systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including filter changes and system cleaning.
• Inspect crawlspaces and basements to identify moisture, mold, or structural issues.
• Provide homeowners with detailed explanations of findings and recommended repairs or maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of tasks performed, including parts used and time spent.
Compensation and Benefits:
• A competitive base salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
