Job Title: HVAC Lead Technician
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Technician to join our team at ABM Industries. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in providing high-quality service and repairs to commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of technicians in performing routine maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC systems.
• Develop and implement efficient work schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and training to junior technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
• Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and submit reports as required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC service and repair.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
