About This Role
We are seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to lead install teams and execute professional install jobs. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of field experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to train and mentor apprentices.
Job Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for residential customers. Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of those systems. Maintain proper inventory, parts, tools, and knowledge in using appropriate safety equipment in the vehicle. Mentor and train apprentices on the job and provide them with learning opportunities.
Requirements
5+ years of field experience. Active Driver's License. Ability to pass a background check. Tech Savvy - The ability to use tablets and learn work-related software with ease. Verifiable experience to develop quotations for repairs and installations of replacement equipment. Demonstrable analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
