About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Commercial HVAC Technician Lead to join our team at Comfort Systems USA Southwest. As an HVAC service professional, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all work meets our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience and skillset. Our benefits package includes paid weekly pay, medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as life, AD&D, and short-term disability insurance.
