Job Overview: As an HVAC Install/Purchasing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless installation processes and efficient purchasing operations. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate installation jobs for two branches: Phoenix and Prescott
• Maintain daily schedules for install technicians and dispatch install jobs
• Order equipment and schedule services required for installations
• Process purchase orders and input line items
• Register and purchase extended warranties for equipment
• Manage customer database and respond to inquiries
• Resolve conflicts with customers through clear communication and address concerns expediently
Requirements:
• Geographical knowledge of the service area or map reading skills
• Advanced communication and customer service skills
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Valid driver's license, clean background, and ability to pass a drug test
• GED or High School Diploma
