Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment and systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all types of HVAC equipment.
• Act as a trusted advisor to recommend repairs and upgrades to customers.
• Discuss pricing and value with customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs and expectations.
Requirements
• Knowledge of HVAC theory, methods, practices, tools, and equipment.
• Possess basic hand tools.
• Ability to read and work from specifications and drawings.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, or stand, lift and move heavy objects.
• Ability to work on-call.
