Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Commercial Construction HVAC Foreman to join our team at IT Landes Company.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, leadership abilities, and a proven record of ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to the highest safety standards.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead a team of HVAC technicians and installers on commercial construction projects.
• Ensure all HVAC installations are done per project specifications, local codes, and manufacturer requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, sub-contractors, and other trades to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC systems installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, particularly in commercial construction.
• Proven experience as an HVAC foreman or supervisor, with a strong understanding of commercial construction processes.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, refrigeration, and controls.
The estimated salary for this role is $100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
