Key Responsibilities
• Operational Leadership: Manage P&L, implement strategies to optimize customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor employees while fostering a collaborative, value-driven culture.
• Customer Relations: Drive customer engagement, improve satisfaction, and instill a sales-focused mindset across the team.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, control costs, and provide regular financial reports to ensure profitability.
• Marketing & Sales: Develop marketing plans, explore new business opportunities, and build partnerships with local stakeholders.
• Compliance & Safety: Maintain licensing and permitting compliance while upholding safety standards.
Requirements:
• Experience:
• 8+ years in HVAC or residential services, with 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in P&L management, team development, and achieving revenue targets.
• Experience with ServiceTitan preferred.
• Licenses & Certifications:
• Active Class I HVAC license (Class II preferred).
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification.
• NATE certification is a plus.
• Other:
• Valid drivers license with a clean record.
