Business Growth & Market Development
• Oversee the company's strategic expansion efforts, with a focus on industrial installation contracts for clients such as factories, warehouses, and distribution centers.
• Identify and execute on growth opportunities, including new service offerings, geographic expansion, and potential acquisitions to fuel rapid growth.
• Leverage startup experience to create flexible and scalable business models, positioning the company for long-term growth in the industrial installation market.
Operational Excellence
• Drive operational excellence by refining installation service delivery processes to scale efficiently as the company grows.
