ABM Industries is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Lead Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems across various locations.
About the Role
• Lead and manage a team of HVAC technicians to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a strong understanding of HVAC systems and operations.
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities
• Use expert technical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC issues.
• Train and mentor junior technicians to improve their skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate records of job completions, including reports and documentation.
