Job Description
This senior leadership role requires a seasoned expert to manage service profit and loss for assigned branches. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in refrigeration/HVAC service, commercial construction, or a related industry. Key responsibilities include forecasting manpower requirements, ensuring timely completion of customer calls, resolving customer issues, and managing fleet, parts, and materials inventory.
Qualifications and Experience
The successful candidate will hold a high school diploma, GED, or completion of a trade program or technical school. A minimum of 10 years of experience in the field is required, along with strong leadership skills, including coaching, training, developing, and building a team.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off. Ongoing training and professional development opportunities are also available.
