About the Role
This role involves selling Johnson Controls' service offerings to building owners, promoting our value proposition, and providing operational expertise. You will build and manage long-term customer relationships/partnerships with target and managed accounts, focusing on customer satisfaction and expanding the depth and breadth of Johnson Controls' offerings within an account.
• Sell Johnson Controls' offerings persuasively, persistently, and confidently to building owners at the Director level while achieving optimal profit levels.
• Foster strong partnering relationships with decision-makers to drive the sale of Johnson Controls' service offerings.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline is required.
• A minimum of six years of progressive field sales experience is necessary.
• At least one year of successfully selling HVAC or building automation system services or projects is required.

Compensation Package: The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
