Job Description:
Seeking an experienced HVAC Mobile Maintenance Mechanic in the Waltham area.
The role will be working 1st shift hours and pays $40-42 per hour.
The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and system maintenance.
Responsibilities include supporting operation, inspection, and maintenance processes in assigned facilities, inspecting and repairing assigned property interior and exterior areas, and general interior maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ongoing preventive and repair response work orders on facility equipment and systems.
• Maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, and more.
• Assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts.
• General interior maintenance and moving equipment and materials.
• Replace lighting and clean HVAC coils.
Requirements:
• Valid state driver's license (if mobile)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3rd Party Certification
Additional Information:
• Lifting up to 80 lbs.
• Working from heights.
• Driving for long periods of time.
Salary: $40-42 per hour
Estimated Salary Range: $83,200 - $87,840 per year (based on 40 hours/week, 52 weeks/year)
