Job Title: HVAC Service Technician
Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Delphi Construction, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various equipment including air compressors, fan coil units, fan units, pumps, cooling towers, and related piping.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain and repair multiple types of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Develop, review and troubleshoot HVAC system layouts using technical diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and sketches.
• Maintain accurate records, write detailed reports, and determine materials needed based on project requirements.
• Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to safety regulations and being familiar with relevant OSHA and EPA guidelines.
• Clean work areas and maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
• Work at heights, on scaffolding, and in confined spaces.
• BUILD AND MAINTAIN POSITIVE WORKING RELATIONSHIPS WITH COLLEAGUES, SUPERVISORS, AND CLIENTS.
• Work effectively in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines.

• At least 5 years of experience in HVAC service is required.
• Ability to commute to Waltham, MA.
