Job Title
A Lead Installer is needed for light commercial HVAC installations in the San Fernando Valley area. This position requires experience with sheet metal ductwork, leadership skills, and the ability to work well with others.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of experience in light commercial HVAC installs, a valid CA Driver's License (Clean Record), and be able to read mechanical plans. Bilingualism (Spanish) is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install light commercial HVAC equipment, including Rooftop Units and Split-Systems
• Work safely in ladders and handle extreme conditions
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects successfully
Requirements:
• Valid CA Drivers License (Clean Record)
• Experience with sheet metal ductwork
• Strong Leadership Skills
• At least 4+ yrs experience in light commercial HVAC installs
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Must be able to read mechanical plans
• Familiarity with local codes
• Must have ability to work well with others
• Must live within San Fernando Valley
• Bilingual is a plus (Spanish)
Compensation:
$25.00 - $40.00 per hour
