Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Commercial HVAC System Installer Manager to oversee the installation of light commercial HVAC systems in the San Fernando Valley area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Additionally, you must have excellent communication skills, as you will be working closely with other team members, customers, and vendors.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the installation of light commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units and split-systems.
• Manage a team of installers to ensure successful project completion.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC system installation.
• Valid CA Driver's License (clean record).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read mechanical plans and familiarize yourself with local codes.
• Must be able to work well with others and lead by example.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
Salary: $35-$50 per hour.
