At JBS Auto Services in Simi Valley, CA, we are seeking a talented Vehicle Service Technician to join our team.
Job Summary
This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $38-$58 per hour, based on experience. As a Vehicle Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, diagnosing and repairing vehicle issues, and maintaining accurate records of repairs and services performed.
Main Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake services.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors about repairs and services needed.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification from an automotive technology program preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.
• ASE certification is a plus.
