Overview:
NexGen Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing is currently seeking Lead Appointment Generators to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Appointment Generators act as Brand Ambassadors and Sales Representatives at our partner retail stores by answering customer questions about our products and services and then encouraging them to schedule an appointment for estimates of these services. The ideal candidate for this role will enjoy engaging people in conversation and be driven by a commission and incentive-driven pay structure. This is a sales-driven role, and you must feel comfortable cold-approaching many customers each shift.
Pay:
$20 / hr. + commission
Hours:
25 - 30 total hours available per week
Must work Tuesday - Saturday schedule
Store Locations:
Ventura County, Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley, Santa Clarita, Los Angeles, Anaheim and Inland Empire Area

Responsibilities:
What Will I Do?
• Maintain relationships with store leadership and staff
• Walk around or stand-at kiosk at assigned store speaking to customers regarding our HVAC & Plumbing Products
• Set appointments by promoting NexGen Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing products and services
Qualifications:
Do I Have What It Takes?
• Required to be standing/walking in our partner retail stores for 4-8 hours at a time
• Must be outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated
• Experience in sales or customer service, with A+ communication skills
• No HVAC or Plumbing experience required; we’ll teach you all you need to know!
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable Transportation
