• *Senior Fleet Mechanic Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Fleet Mechanic to join our team at TruGreen. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance on our fleet vehicles and equipment, ensuring they are always in good working condition.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and maintain fleet vehicles and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Diagnose and repair complex issues with specialized equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques in the field.
Requirements:
• A high school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably with a focus on heavy equipment maintenance.
• ASE certification or completion of an Automotive Technology program required.
