We are seeking a Senior Service Technician to lead our team in providing maintenance on residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards, ensuring customers receive high-quality experiences.
The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of experience, valid driver's license, and ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints. They must also possess excellent customer service skills, be familiar with various equipment, and have experience making repair decisions. Additional qualifications include low voltage license within two years of employment, NATE certification, and insurable driving record.
