About the Job
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as an HVAC Helper at Southern Pride Service, Inc. In this role, you will work alongside experienced HVAC technicians to assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems, ensuring all work is done safely and efficiently
• Help troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, using strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep tools and equipment in good working order
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, providing excellent customer service and support
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on mechanics or technical studies
• Previous experience in HVAC or a related field is preferred but not required
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, with a strong emphasis on physical stamina
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
