Job Title: HVAC Technician
Magnolia Heating and Cooling is a leading provider of residential HVAC services seeking skilled professionals to join our team. As an HVAC technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, cooling, ventilation, and related systems.
Main Responsibilities:
• Diagnose system malfunctions with precision and efficiency
• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring high-quality workmanship
• Meet or exceed productivity metrics and goals set by the company
• Think creatively to enhance service and customer experience
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and adhere to truck maintenance schedules
Requirements:
• HVAC Journeyman License (Preferred)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• CFC Universal Certification required
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience
