Service Technician Opportunity
Joseph J Magnolia is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our Residential Service Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing heating, cooling, ventilation and related systems in residential settings.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC repair and maintenance, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate system issues and perform repairs to ensure optimal performance
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Meet productivity targets and contribute to team success
• Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and customer experience
• Maintain inventory levels and truck organization within company guidelines
Requirements:
• HVAC Journeyman License (Preferred)
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems
• CFC Universal Certification required
• Must pass pre-employment background check
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience
