Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect all systems fully to provide proper recommendations.
• Generate leads for new equipment.
• Sell and install large ticket repairs.
• Build and establish relationships with clients while providing them with the best solutions for their home comfort systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• One plus years of experience servicing residential and commercial HVAC systems.
• Skilled in every aspect of diagnostics, repairs, and servicing of HVAC systems.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• EPA & NATE certified strongly preferred.

Physical Demands:
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver a minimum of 75 pounds.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, climb stairs/ladders.
• Ability to work at heights and confined spaces including on ladders and/or roofs medium to high heights.
• Must be able to work in the outside elements of heat and cold.
