Georgia Air and Refrigeration Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration Field Service Technician to join our team!
• *Job Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining refrigeration systems, including commercial refrigeration units, residential refrigerators, and HVAC systems. This includes conducting regular maintenance checks to ensure optimal system performance and diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues. Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve faults. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their concerns.
• *Responsibilities:* Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial and residential refrigeration systems. Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure optimal system performance. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment. Perform system adjustments, calibrations, and modifications as needed. Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their concerns.
• Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in refrigeration, HVAC, or a related field preferred. Proven experience as a HVAC/Refrigeration Service Technician or similar role. Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently. EPA 608 certification a plus.
