Job Summary
We're hiring a Commercial Air Conditioning Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Estes Services. In this role, you'll be responsible for performing routine maintenance on commercial systems, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and working closely with dispatchers and other team members.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
Job Description
You'll need to have at least 1-2 years of experience in HVAC service, a working knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment parts and components, and the ability to reclaim refrigerant, check pressures, pull vacuums, and add refrigerant.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance on commercial systems
• Troubleshoot and repair different types and brands of equipment
• Work closely with dispatchers and other team members
• Complete invoices, time sheets, and other paperwork as required
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
• A High School Diploma or GED
• Associates degree preferred
• EPA License
