Responsibilities
As a Residential and Commercial HVAC Professional, your primary responsibilities will include:
• Running service calls for residential and light commercial customers during regular business hours.
• Being available for on-call emergency after-hour service rotations.
• Maintaining stock inventory and materials.
• Receiving payments toward invoices in QuickBooks.
• Answering phone calls to schedule appointments or take messages using call forwarding services.
• Handling over-the-counter/walk-in sales and payments.
• Performing light cleaning duties.
• Receiving truck shipments.
• Safely and responsibly operating company vehicles and heavy machinery, such as forklifts and scissor lifts.
