• *Job Summary:** We're looking for a skilled Commercial Heating and Cooling Technician to join our team at Streamline Services Inc. As a Commercial Heating and Cooling Technician, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining commercial HVAC systems.
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
About the Role:
This role involves performing installations, conducting start-ups, and troubleshooting issues with commercial HVAC systems. You will also be required to maintain quality control standards and adhere to all Streamline processes and policies.
Responsibilities:
• Perform all installations of commercial HVAC systems.
• Conduct start-up, troubleshooting, and quality control.
• Understand and utilize Service Titan processes.
• Use the installation manual for every job.
• Follow the NexStar installation system.
• Require limited assistance from Install/Service Managers.
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of experience in HVAC installation.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Have or be willing to get the proper certifications.
