About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential HVAC Manager to join our team at ARS-Rescue Rooter. The successful candidate will have a strong background in residential HVAC sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of sales management experience, with previous experience in the HVAC industry. A college degree in a technical field or building science is preferred.
Salary Range: $140,000 - $200,000 per year, plus bonus potential based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a team of sales advisors to meet or exceed monthly performance targets and goals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and conversion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Requirements
• 2+ years of sales management experience required.
• Previous HVAC experience required.
