Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Duct Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Duct Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting and cleaning air ducts and HVAC units in a residential setting. You will have the opportunity to sell and earn commissions on Indoor Air Quality products (UV Lights, Filters, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
· Clean and sanitize air ducts, vents, and HVAC components.
· Inspect ductwork and ventilation systems for damage, debris, or blockages.
· Operate and maintain specialized tools and equipment for duct cleaning.
· Provide excellent customer service and explain cleaning processes to clients.
· Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
· Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in HVAC is not required.
· Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
· Able to pass a background check and drug test
