About the Job: As a Commercial HVAC Installer Technician with BGIS, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, replacing parts, and installing HVAC systems. The successful candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in system replacement installations, a strong foundation in HVAC systems and equipment installation, including electrical and mechanical components. They will also be proficient in techniques such as pipefitting, brazing, and soldering, and capable of identifying and resolving issues during installation. Additionally, they will ensure precision in measurements, fittings, and overall system installation, and provide excellent customer service skills.
Benefits and Salary: The hourly rate for this position is $30-$42 per hour, paid time off is 48 hours, and there is a 401K match of 5%. Employees are also eligible for health, life, and disability benefits, 7 paid holidays, and corporate perks via ADP payroll platform.
