We are seeking an experienced HVAC Systems Performance Lead to join our team at C&C Myers Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electric. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of our residential HVAC systems and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of skilled HVAC technicians to deliver high-quality service and support to our customers
• Develop and execute strategies to optimize system performance and drive business growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment
• Requirements:
• At least 2 years of residential HVAC experience, as well as a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience
• Experience in profit and loss management, accountability for sales or budget targets, and tracking labor metrics
