Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair heating and cooling systems in customers' homes
• Service and maintain HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
• Work collaboratively with other technicians and support staff to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of residential HVAC experience
