Job Summary
We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our growing and dedicated HVAC team as an HVAC Service Manager.
This exciting opportunity is perfect for a person with excellent leadership experience, a flair for management and a passion for leading our greatest assets – our technicians.
You will be at the helm of our operations, ensuring we deliver exceptional and efficient services that delight our customers.
About You
We're looking for someone with at least 2 years of residential HVAC experience, as well as a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.
Experience in profit and loss management, accountability for sales or budget targets, and experience in tracking labor metrics required.
