About the Role
In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating and air conditioning systems, including ductwork, vents, and thermostats. You'll also troubleshoot and diagnose issues with these systems, using your technical skills and knowledge to resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Install, maintain, and repair heating and air conditioning systems, including ductwork, vents, and thermostats
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with these systems
• Communicate clearly and courteously with customers about their systems and solutions
• Perform safety and performance tests for each system
• Complete detailed service reports after each job
• Maintain accurate inventory levels on your service truck and ensure all tools and materials are stocked and ready
• Collect payments and ensure customer satisfaction
• Adhere to safety regulations and company standards at all times
