Job Overview
The HVAC Installation Specialist will install, maintain and repair HVAC systems for clients of Bledsoe Construction LLC. This is a challenging role that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent mechanical skills and be able to communicate effectively with customers.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
Responsibilities:
• Install new HVAC systems and perform routine maintenance tasks
• Diagnose and repair malfunctioning equipment
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and communicate changes to management
• Work closely with other technicians to ensure efficient completion of projects
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and repair
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work at heights
• Familiarity with operating a variety of equipment relating to HVAC
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
