Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Heating and Cooling Systems Installer to join our team in Louisville, KY.
About the Role:
• Install, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems for commercial clients.
• Collaborate with a support team to ensure efficient task completion.
• Utilize a fully stocked service van, iPad, iPhone, and necessary PPE to complete tasks effectively.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $40-$50 per hour, based on industry standards and local market rates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• At least 3-5 years of experience in system replacement installations and HVAC system repair.
• Strong foundation in HVAC systems and equipment installation, including electrical and mechanical components.
• Proficient in techniques ensuring proper installation and connection of refrigerant piping.
• Capable of identifying and resolving issues during installation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
