Job Overview
Metro Industrial Services is seeking highly skilled HVAC technicians to join our team at a manufacturing facility in Jeffersonville, OH. This is a direct-hire position with excellent compensation and benefits.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25-$45 per hour, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage. Our 401(k) program has a 5% company match after 6 months of employment, and we also offer generous paid time off (PTO) and paid company holidays.
Job Responsibilities
• Inspect, troubleshoot, service, and repair industrial and commercial heating, ventilating, air conditioning, electrical, mechanical, and energy management control systems.
Requirements and Qualifications
• Professional experience performing maintenance, service, and repair of HVAC systems and equipment.
• Master/Journeyman level certification.
• EPA 608 Certification is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when needed.
