Job Overview
Metro Services is currently seeking highly skilled Master/Journeyman HVAC Technicians to join our team at a Manufacturing facility in Jeffersonville, OH. This is a direct-hire position that requires immediate attention.
Key Responsibilities
• Inspect, troubleshoot, service, and repair industrial and commercial heating, ventilating, air conditioning, electrical, mechanical, and energy management control systems.
Compensation
$28-$38/hour based on experience.
Schedule
• 1st Shift: 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
• 2nd Shift: 6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.
• Pitman Schedule: 2 on, 2 off, 2 on.
Requirements
• Professional experience performing maintenance, service, and repair of HVAC systems and equipment.
• Master/Journeyman level certification.
• EPA 608 Certification preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when needed.
