We are seeking a skilled Plumbing and HVAC Team Lead to join our team at TP Mechanical Contractors. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the service team, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing job sites and delegating tasks to team members
• Troubleshooting and solving HVAC, hydronic, piping and control problems
• Coordinating with customers for quality assurance purposes
• Providing technical support and guidance to team members
Requirements:
• 10 years of commercial experience in plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration
• Stable work history
• HVAC and brazing license
• EPA or Universal License
• Type 2 or Universal Refrigerant License
